Customer Acknowledgment
Customer understands and agrees to Book It Equipment LLC's terms and conditions.
A walk around inspection with both the lessor and lessee has been performed andagreed on current condition and operation of equipment. An additional walk around with both the lessor and lessee will be performed when equipment is returned.
Security deposit will be refunded after the walk around inspection is complete and is within the rental agreement terms on the return date.
By signing this rental agreement, and customer acknowledgment, you (the customer) understand the Customer Acknowledgment, and the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Terms – equipment is due back according to the agreed upon schedule. Extension of
rental may be requested, but not guaranteed.
a. Failure to return equipment by the agreed upon date without a 24-hour notice
will result in forfeiture of deposit.
b. Rental term is final once unit has been reserved and paid for.
2. Security Deposit – Security deposit is full amount of rental term. To be collected prior to
the specified reservation dates.
a. Security deposit shall not be returned if damage or early termination of rental
occurs.
b. Customer must maintain and follow care procedure or charges will be applied.
c. Hard abuse on equipment and excessive wear on tracks may be subject to forfeit
of deposit.
3. Insurance –
a. Book It Equipment shall not be held liable for any damage incurred by the renter to the renter’s property or to third parties while under the rental term.
b. Book It Equipment shall not be held liable for personal injuries due to misuse of
equipment.
- 4. Responsibility for Care, Use, and Maintenance of Equipment
a) Customer shall agree to and maintain equipment in current condition. A walk around
will be conducted prior to the start of contract and again upon completion.
b) Customer is responsible for any damage to equipment, including parts and labor.
Parts at cost, Labor at $80/hr. 1 hour minimum.
c) Equipment is not to be subleased to a third party.
d) Equipment will not be transported to locations outside the listed agreement.
e) Customer is responsible for returning equipment with a full tank of fuel ($8 per
gallon fuel charge).
f) Customer is responsible for greasing every 50 hours.
g) No smoking in machines.
h) Customer will not inhibit regeneration process.
